2 Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash in Meriden

Two Drivers Injured in Meriden Car Accident

Meriden, Connecticut (January 13, 2020) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Meriden, according to a local news source.

The crash happened Friday, January 10. The exact time and scene of the crash were not immediately disclosed.

Police said the driver of a Nissan was maneuvering in and out of traffic. The Nissan then slammed into another vehicle.

Both drivers sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash.

The Nissan driver was later arrested on charges that included reckless endangerment, weapons in a motor vehicle, theft of plates, possession of a controlled substance and interfering with police.

The accident remains under investigation.
